Pastor Appreciation Month

October is Pastor Appreciation Month. Once again this year, we want to show our Pastors, just how much we appreciate all they do for us.
Here are some ideas of ways we all can show our appreciation for Pastor Kenji, Manny and Zaanan. Please consider doing one or two (or several) of these to bless them before the end of October.
1. Express love/encouragement in writing. Mail or hand deliver your card or letter.
2. Give a gift card to a local restaurant, cafe, bookstore, movie theater or fun activity.
3. Ask how you can specifically pray for them.
4. Deliver a special treat.
5. Share with them how God has used their ministry to speak to your life.

Operation Christmas Child

The mission of Operation Christmas Child is to demonstrate God’s love in a tangible way to children in need around the world. Through this project, Samaritan’s Purse partners with the local church worldwide to share the Good News of Jesus Christ and make disciples of the nations.  
If you would like to participate, we will have boxes available to pick up on Sunday, October 25th in the foyer. Take it home and fill it for a child with gifts including school supplies, hygiene items, toys and other fun items! Adding in a personal note and a photo means a lot to the child. Then return to the church by November 15th with $10 to help cover the shipping.

Deck The Halls With Us!

Right after service on Sunday, November 22nd, stay and help us turn Timberview into a winter wonderland! We’ll share a delicious potluck lunch, crank up the Christmas music, and decorate the church together.
It’s a joyful way to kick off the season—connecting with friends old and new while filling the church with Christmas cheer. Let’s make the season bright together!
